Three Indian tourists and one Bhutanese man died on impact when the sports utility vehicle, a Santa Fe, they were travelling in went off the road at Khelekha on the way to Gangtey from Thimphu on April 13.

Police sources confirmed that the victims were in their 30s. The Bhutanese man was a guide and driver for the three tourists.
