Bhutan bags a gold and silver in bodybuilding

Bodybuilding: At the 49th Asian bodybuilding championship in Uzbekistan, Sangay Tsheltrim bagged a gold and a silver medal for Bhutan yesterday.

He was crowned the Asian Champion in athletic physique, up to 175cms and bagged silver in fitness physiques open category. He is the only male athlete in the championship to win two medals.

“One gold and one silver, what more could I ask for,” he mentioned in his facebook post. “This is just my dream come true,” he wrote.

Mr Bhutan, Lobzang Tshering also took part in body building category, under 75Kg. Karma Gyambo contested in the 85Kg category and Kuenley Wangmo contested for Women model physiques category.
