The sixth Bhutan-India Development Cooperation Talks of the 11th Plan will be held tomorrow in New Delhi, India, a press release from the foreign ministry states.

Foreign secretary Sonam Tshong is leading the Bhutanese delegation while the secretary, Economic Relations of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (GoI) Vijay Gokhale is leading the Indian delegation.

The two sides will review the implementation of projects funded by the GoI in the 11th Plan, which includes Project Tied Assistance and Small Development Projects.

According to the press release, the Bhutanese delegation will provide a brief on the broad objectives and priorities of the 12th Plan, and hold preliminary discussions on GoI’s assistance for the 12th Plan.

The foreign secretary will call on the Indian external affairs minister and foreign secretary among others, on the sidelines of the talks.
