Blue berry baked yoghurt
Recipe: Method:
To make hung yoghurt or curd, put curd in a muslin cloth and let the water drain for about two hours
In a bowl add the cream, milk maid, hung yoghurt and honey and whisk to a smooth consistency
Add the blue berry filling and whisk roughly
Set into four ceramic bowls and steam bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree centigrade
When baking done let it cool down
Garnish with fresh berry or compote and mint sprig. Serve cold
Ingredients Quantity
Cream 100 gms
Milk maid
(condensed milk) 80 gms
Hung yoghurt 80 gms
Blueberry filling or fresh 15 gms
Honey 25 gms
