Recipe: Butter 825gm Refined sugar 825gm
Dark chocolate 375gm
Walnut 500gm
Refined flour 640gm
Baking soda 8gm
Coco powder 20gm
Eggs 8 no
Method:
Melt butter and sugar on a double boiler
Add chopped dark chocolate to it and melt it completely
Sieve flour, coco powder, and baking soda and add to the mixture
Then add eggs one by one and finally add walnut
Bake at 170°C for 45 minutes
Cool completely before cutting
