Thirty participants comprising parliamentarians, civil servants, non-government and civil society representatives are attending a Certificate Course on Social Policy in Haa since July 15.

Jointly initiated and launched by Sherubtse College, Institute for GNH Studies (iGHNaS), RUB and UNICEF in January 2016, the fourth cohort training aims to provide the participants with a conceptual framework as well as a range of analysis and problem-solving skills on social policy formulation, enactment and effective implementation that is evidence based, consultative, and in the best interests of children, women and the most vulnerable.
