Ingredients:

Butter 225gm

Brown Sugar 360gm

Salt  8gm

Eggs 2no

Refined Flour 335gm

Choco chips 500gm

Vanilla Essence 5ml

Method:

Cream together the butter, brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

Stir in flour,  salt and chocolate chips..

Rest for one hour and then make balls of 18 gms

Bake at 170 Celsius for 16-18 minutes.

After baking allow the cookies to cool on a cooking rack.
