The sky was cloudless in Tsimalakha, Chukha on February 21. Hundreds had gathered to celebrate the 39th birth anniversary of His Majesty The King at the Chukha Central School (CCS) ground.

Among the crowd of students, 60-year-old Kancha Dorji from Getana watched the cultural programmes alone. He was waiting to see The King.
