Weringla in Mongar is one drungkhag that does not have basic services and infrastructure like Internet, school, BHU, fire fighter, and drungkhag court.

The court is located some 12km from Gondue gewog centre.

Drungkhag office is used both as drungkhag administration office and court. It also houses office of Lam Neten and the police.

Silambi Gup Dorji Wangchuk said that after drungpa was transferred, there was no replacement for more than three years.

In 2016, the drungkhag was connected with a road.

Phuntsho Wangmo, a resident of the village said there was a primary school for civil servants in the drungkhag. Today, though, there is just one extended classroom with one teacher and 10 students.

Once in every month, a team from Nagor BHU II comes to provide health checkup. Nagor BHU is 10km away from the drungkhag.
