A 64-year-old man died after being electrocuted in Nobgang, Punakha, while replacing prayer flags near the Talo Gup’s office.According to police and eyewitness accounts, the incident occurred when the man was attempting to change an old prayer flag mounted on a metal flagpole. He had already taken down two flags without incident.
