This news sent a shiver down my spine. Even I and my friends were hit around the same place on 23rd September on our way to Bumthang. The road between Wangdue Phodrang and Trongsa is not at all safe for travel especially at this time of the year where the road-widening activities are in full swing and the monsoon rain has not yet left our skies. The travelers must really be cautious.
