HH the Je Khenpo presided over the Guru Thoethreng Rignga or wang on Guru Rinpoche at the police ground in Thimphu yesterday. The wang was conducted at the end of one billion recitations of the seven lines prayer at the Thimphu memorial choeten. HH the Je Khenpo also presided over the seven line prayers for five days.
