At least 10,000 devotees received Tshewang from His Holiness the Je Khenpo at the Chamkhar public ground in Bumthang yesterday. His Holiness left for Trongsa in the afternoon where he will be presiding over the dzongkhag’s Moenlam Chenmo that starts today.
