How to use these equipment

Hip twister/rotator
To stretch and stimulate the oblique (hip) muscle that are responsible for our hip rotation.
How to use:
Place foot together on the circular platform, grab onto the handle in front of you, and begin rotating your lower body to either side, while keeping your upper body completely still and steady.
Air walker


Improve hip mobility, strengthen lower body and a good cardiovascular exercising tool.
How to use:
It mimics Nordic skiing motion, where you slide one foot in front of another, but do so while firmly grabbing onto the handle.
