Terms and Conditions for Kuensel News App      

     

       These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Kuensel News App and related digital services.      

   

     

       Welcome to the Kuensel News App. Kuensel aims to provide a comprehensive digital news platform that delivers breaking news, in-depth reporting, multimedia content, personalised news feeds, interactive features, and opportunities for user engagement across multiple platforms.      

           

       1. Account Registration      

     

       1.1 Account Security      

     

       Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames and passwords. Any activity conducted under a user’s account shall be considered the responsibility of that user. If unauthorized use of an account is suspected, the user must notify Kuensel immediately.      

     

       1.2 Accuracy of Information      

     

       Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Kuensel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, incomplete, or outdated information.      

     

       1.3 Single Account Policy      

     

       Each user is allowed to create and maintain only one account, unless otherwise authorized by Kuensel.      

     

       1.4 Updates to Information      

     

       Users are obligated to promptly update their account details if any changes occur, in order to ensure accuracy and relevance.      

     

       2. User Conduct      

     

       To ensure a positive, lawful, and secure experience for all users, the following conduct guidelines apply to the use of the Kuensel News App.      

     

       2.1 Prohibited Activities      

     

       
1.          Misuse of the App: Users must not engage in unauthorized access to, interference with, or disruption of the app’s systems, servers, or networks. Users must not use the app for illegal activities or purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.        
       
2.          Hacking and Exploitation: Users must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, compromise the security of, or exploit the app. Users must not deploy malware, viruses, or harmful code that could damage the app, its systems, or users’ devices.        
       
3.          Spamming and Abusive Behavior: Users must not send unsolicited or repetitive messages, advertisements, or promotional content. Users must not engage in harassment, offensive language, hate speech, or conduct that disrupts the community.        
     

     

       2.2 Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights and Laws      

     

       
1.          Content Usage: Users must not redistribute, reproduce, modify, copy, or exploit content from the app without prior written authorization from Kuensel Corporation Limited. Use of Kuensel content for commercial or personal purposes outside permitted guidelines is prohibited.        
       
2.          Copyright Protection: Users must respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of Kuensel and any third-party content accessible through the app. Unauthorized downloads, reproduction, distribution, or misuse may result in legal action.        
     

     

       By using the Kuensel News App, users agree to abide by these conduct guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account and, where applicable, legal action.      

     

       3. User-Generated Content      

     

       Kuensel values community engagement and encourages users to share thoughts, opinions, and feedback through comments, reviews, and other submissions. To maintain a respectful, safe, and constructive environment, the following policies apply to user-generated content.      

     

       
1.          Moderation Rights: Kuensel reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content that does not comply with these policies. 3.          Prohibited Content: Kuensel does not tolerate content involving hate speech, discrimination, harassment, pornographic or explicit material, violent content, spam, unrelated advertisements, promotional content, or false or misleading information that may harm individuals or the public.        
       
4.          Intellectual Property: By submitting content to the Kuensel News App, users grant Kuensel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and publish such content for editorial, promotional, operational, or service-related purposes.        
       
5.          Reporting Inappropriate Content: Users who encounter content that they believe violates these policies are encouraged to report it using the app’s reporting features. Kuensel will review reported content and take appropriate action where necessary.

1.          Trademarks and Logos: All trademarks and logos used within the Kuensel News App, whether registered or unregistered, are owned by Kuensel Corporation Limited unless otherwise stated.        
       
2.          Copyrighted Materials: Content including articles, images, videos, designs, graphics, and related materials is copyrighted and owned by Kuensel Corporation Limited or licensed from third-party creators.        
     

     

       4.2 Usage Restrictions      

     

       
1.          Unauthorized Use: Users are strictly prohibited from using Kuensel’s intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted content, for any purpose without prior written consent from Kuensel Corporation Limited.        
       
2.          Reproduction and Distribution: Copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, or otherwise using the app’s content and materials for commercial or public purposes without authorization is prohibited.        
       
3.          Alteration of Assets: Altering, misrepresenting, or using Kuensel’s assets in a manner that may harm the company’s reputation or mislead the public is strictly prohibited.        
     

     

       4.3 Permission Requests      

     

       Users who wish to use any of Kuensel’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content for specific purposes must submit a formal request to        operationsmanager@kuensel.bt.        Usage permissions may be granted at Kuensel Corporation Limited’s sole discretion and subject to specific terms.      

     

       Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in legal action as deemed appropriate under applicable laws.      

     

       5. Subscription and Payment      

     

       5.1 General Terms      

     

       
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription and payment for any paid services provided by Kuensel through its apps or platforms.
       
2. By subscribing to Kuensel’s services, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
     

     

       5.2 Subscription Plans      

     

       
1. Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as specified during the purchase process.
       
2. Kuensel reserves the right to modify subscription plans or pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated at least thirty days in advance.

2. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
       
3. By providing payment details, users authorize Kuensel to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the settings in their Kuensel account or by contacting customer support.
       
2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
       
3. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused content, except as otherwise determined by Kuensel.
     

     

       5.5 Refunds      

     

       
1. Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of duplicate charges or technical issues on Kuensel’s part that render the service unusable for a significant period.
       
2. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of the issue by contacting customer support. All refund decisions are at Kuensel’s discretion.
     

     

       5.6 Account Responsibility      

     

       
1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and payment information.
       
2. Kuensel is not responsible for unauthorized access or charges resulting from a user’s failure to secure their account.
     

     

       5.7 Service Disruption      

     

       
1. Kuensel strives to ensure uninterrupted access to its services but does not guarantee availability at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control.
       
2. No refunds or credits will be provided for temporary service interruptions.
     

     

       5.8 Termination by Kuensel      

     

       
1. Kuensel reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s subscription without notice if the user breaches these Terms and Conditions or if fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
       
2. Upon termination, the user will lose access to the paid features of the service.
