       Kuensel Corporation Limited strives to provide accurate, reliable, and timely information through its app. However, Kuensel Corporation Limited does not guarantee that the content will be free from errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or delays.      

       The app may experience technical issues, including but not limited to downtime, bugs, service interruptions, maintenance issues, or temporary unavailability, which may limit or prevent access to the app or its services.      

       Kuensel Corporation Limited disclaims liability for such occurrences. Any reliance on the app’s content is at the user’s own risk.

       5.1 Revocation of User Access      

       Kuensel reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the app without prior notice under the following conditions:      

       
1.          Violation of Terms of Use: Users found to have violated the app’s Terms of Use, including engaging in unlawful activities, misusing the platform, or breaching content guidelines, may have their access revoked.        
       
2.          Inappropriate Behavior: Any behavior deemed abusive, threatening, harmful, or disruptive to other users, Kuensel staff, or the app’s functionality may result in immediate termination of access.        
       
3.          Unauthorized Use: Use of the app for purposes other than its intended functions, including hacking attempts, data scraping, tampering with app systems, or unauthorized access, may result in account termination.        
       
4.          Non-Compliance with Applicable Laws: Users who fail to comply with the laws and regulations of Bhutan while using the app may face revocation of access.        
       
5.          Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be deactivated or terminated at Kuensel’s discretion, with prior notification where appropriate.        
     

       5.2 User-Initiated Termination      

       Users may choose to terminate their Kuensel app account at any time under the following conditions:

2.          Data Deletion: Upon termination, users may request deletion of their data in accordance with Kuensel’s data retention policies and privacy guidelines. Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.        
       
3.          Irreversible Termination: Once an account is terminated by the user, the action may be irreversible, and access to associated data, services, or features may be permanently lost.        
     

       5.3 General Provisions      

       Kuensel is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or disruption caused due to termination of access resulting from user actions, misuse, or non-compliance.      

       Kuensel reserves the right to update or modify these termination terms at any time, with changes effective upon notification through the app, website, or other official communication channels.      

       6. Changes to Terms and Conditions      

       Kuensel Corporation Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users are responsible for reviewing these updates regularly. Continued use of Kuensel’s services after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.      

       7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution      

       Kuensel Corporation Limited operates under the regulatory framework of the Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority, BICMA, as provided under the Information, Communications and Media Act of Bhutan, 2018. Any disputes arising from the use of Kuensel’s services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bhutan.
