Boon: Social media like WeChat is very useful to keep in touch with the voters.

Disadvantage: They are being misused by the people to misinform others.

Blacktop all major roads and provide GSB to all farm roads; provide drinking and irrigation water, internet and BBS channel, and make work towards achieving 100 percent food self-sufficiency in 5 years.

Unrealistic promises that cannot be fulfilled.

What according to you is the biggest challenge for the country?

Proving employment to youth and weaning them off drugs.

I know problems people face. My party has good track record and has been in the Parliament since 2008. I was born and brought up in my village.

I will discuss with local leaders and immediately implement my pledges using gewog development grant of Nu 0.7 million.

Construct new roads and renovate the existing ones.  Constructing highway from Tang to Maedtso to Maenbi to Trashiyangyse through Minjey. A road from Tang to Ungar to Zhongmey to Gorgan to connect the villages to highway. Solve drinking and irrigation water problem; and promote agriculture.

One aspect you like and dislike in the ongoing election process? 

I like the wisdom of the voters of my constituency. What I do not like about this election is unethical devices used to gain votes and mudslinging among the parties and candidates.

What according to you is the biggest challenge for the country?

Divisive politics.

I come with the genuine interest to work for my people.

I don’t believe in making unsustainable pledges.

I give genuine choice to the electorate.
