It was a bittersweet moment for the four athletes of Draktsho vocational training centre who returned home with gold, silver and bronze medals from the Special Olympic World Games 2019 held recently in Abu Dhabi.

The medalists were received to the centre with a simple Khaddar ceremony and were all smiles, but the athletes expected a bit more. They were expecting some recognition or reward from the government or sporting bodies in the country.
