    What an eyewash!!!
It cost around Nu. 0.4M to complete medicine or good engineering degree. By that calculation this fund is just good enough cover the scholarship of 39 professional students or 390 (say 400) other category students. We have almost 2000 student with very little financial support waiting to receive full or part scholarship support every year. It means there will be tough competition and the most influential rather than most deserving will be the winner.
Still, its a good time to rejoice and chorus the kindly India gesture.
