Housing in GMC, based on a masterplan

“There are many moving parts,” as they say, in the pursuit of human aspirations. There could not be a more vivid example in Bhutan, today, than the development of the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). And one example is the need for housing as a town of about 12,000 people expands to accommodate people in the hundreds of thousands.
