Local government leaders raised concern over the budget allocated for construction of bio gas plants in all five gewogs of Trongsa at the recently concluded Dzongkhag Tshougdu (DT).

For the fiscal year 2019-2020,  Nu 1.06 million is allocated for the construction of 30 biogas plants in Trongsa.
