Accident: A Santro car that was returning to Paro from Thimphu veered off the road and into the river about 2km from Chuzom towards Paro. Of the four occupants, three of them including the driver were immediately rushed to the Paro hospital by a group of people who were at the scene during the incident.

A woman in her late 50s is still missing. The search will continue today.

According to sources, the three passengers are now in stable condition with only some minor injuries.

The incident occurred at around 1:50pm yesterday. The cause of the accident is not known.
