Ingredients
Paneer 160 to 180 gms
Onion 1 no.
Hung Curd 1 tbs
Chili Powder 1tbs
Kasoori Methi 1tbs
Salt to taste
Method:
Take hung curd in a bowl and beat it until smooth. Add onion, chili powder, Kasoori Methi and salt and mix well.
Add paneer and coat it on the marinade
Roast the paneer for 10 minutes in oven
Arrange the paneer in place and garnish with onion and capsicum.
Serve with mint.
