Paratha Paneer Roll

Method:

Mix salt with sieved refined flour and make soft dough

Slice onion, capsicum, bell pepper and cottage cheese, add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder and little tomato ketchup

Make even size ball of refined flour dough. Roll dough and cook on hot griddle to make a paratha

Stuff paratha with paneer mixture and roll. Served hot with sliced onion, mint chutney or tamarind chutney

Serves: two

Ingredients  Quantity 

Refined flour 150 gm

Water as required

Cottage cheese/paneer 100 gm

Onion 50 gm

Capsicum 50 gm

Bell Pepper 50 gm

Tomato Ketchup 40 ml

Refined Oil 30 ml

Salt As required

Red chilli powder ½ tsp

Cumin Powder a pinch
