Pelden Wangchuk, 20, won the men’s category of the 100-kilometer Dantak open Mountain Bike Race, finishing the race in 3 hours.

Participating in the race for the seventh time since he was 14, Pelden Wangchuk said coming first was beyond what he expected. “I knew that it will be a tough competition,” said Pelden.
