To learn techniques to improve their school agriculture management system, 20 students and two teachers of Chang Rigphel Lower Secondary School visited the Integrated Horticulture Promotion Project (IHPP) in Wangdue on a day-long tour, organised by the JICA Alumni Association of Bhutan and JICA office in Bhutan, on December 11.
