Three families lost their belongings to a fire that gutted a two-storey traditional house at Choeten Pong Goenpa, Silambi gewog in Mongar yesterday at around 6pm. 

There were more than three families living in the house who lost all their belongings to the fire. The cause is suspected to be an electrical short circuit. 

There were no casualties and the victims were temporarily moved to the Nagor Middle Secondary School.
