The annual Druk Wangyel Tshechu, which will be held tomorrow at Dochula, was instituted in 2011 as a tribute to His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo and the armed forces of the country. Unlike other festivals, the tshechu is primarily performed by the Royal Bhutan Army’s band.
