Honorary Consul of Bhutan in the Czech Republic, Jaroslav Hubacek called on PM Dr Lotay Tshering yesterday. Lyonchhen thanked him for his support and elaborated on the priorities. They discussed collaborating in skilling, HR development, technology and others. He was appointed as the Honorary Consul in 2020.
