Transport United FC (red jersey) humbled Ugyen Academy FC 7-1 in the ongoing

Bhutan Premier League at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu yesterday. Transport

led in the first half 2-1 despite the opponent maintaining 59 percent of ball possession.

Of the three games played as of yesterday, Thimphu City FC won against RTC FC 4-0 on July 20, and Paro FC defeated Namlha FC 4-0 during the opening match on July 19.

For the first time in Bhutan, a video assistant referee (VAR) system is

in place to address any foul play. Thimphu Raven FC will face Tensung FC today at the

Changlimithang Stadium at 6pm.
