- His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over a five-day Guru Thoethreng Riknga and Guru Tshengye Tshogbum that began yesterday at the Memorial Choeten in Thimphu. The event is being organised to celebrate the birth Anniversary of Guru Rinpoche and to thank the desuups for reciting more then 10 Million Tshikdhuen Soeldep. His Holiness will also bestow a public empowerment (Guru Thoethreng Rikgna Thromwang) at Royal Bhutan Police ground on June 15 at 1pm.
