- Economic affairs minister Lekey Dorji and Japan International Cooperation Agency’s chief representative Koji Yamada launch the hydrological data book at an annual seminar yesterday. The seminar was on components of the JICA technical cooperation project on capacity development of GLOF and rainstorm flood forecasting and early warning. The three-year project ends in September this year.
