Her Royal Highness Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuck with local government leaders in Haa after the inaugural of a three day training on effective mediation of disputes yesterday. The mediation services is expected to supplement the mainstream justice system and courts to resolve disputes speedily as well as take justice closer to the communities.
