His Holiness the Je Khenpo, Trulku Jigme Choedra, conferred Toetsejim or orange scarf to Baeyul Trulku, Dorji Gyeltshen, appointing him as the principal of Dongag  Shedrub Phendeyling Dratshang in Khen Buli, Zhemgang at the Tashichhodzong yesterday. Baeyul Trulku, 28, is from Chumey, Bumthang.
