To create awareness about the implications of feeding wild animals, officials from the Department of Forest and Parks Services (DoFPS) informed commuters along the Thimphu-Paro-Phuentsholing highway yesterday.

According to the Forest and Nature Conservation Rules and Regulations 2017, feeding wild animals is an offence. Royal Bhutan Police and Road Safety and Transport Authority also helped convey the message.
