Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering, Cabinet ministers, and senior government officials see off His Holiness Je Khenpo at the Paro International airport yesterday. His Holiness is on a two-week visit to India for the ground-breaking ceremony of the Bhutanese temple and to conduct a week-long Moenlam Chhenmo (great prayer ceremony) at Rajgir in Bihar.
