Ambassador Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor on December 4 presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bhutan to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.
