Prime minister Dr Lotay Tshering attended the golden jubilee celebrations of the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Limited (STCBL) yesterday in Thimphu. STCBL was established 50 years ago with the mandate to assist the government in procuring essential commodities required for developmental projects.
