More than 200 youth from nine dzongkhags took part in the selection of the annual national Karate championship that began in Thimphu yesterday.

Karate players from Thimphu, Paro, Samtse, Samdrupjongkhar, Trongsa, Punakha, Trashigang, Punakha, and Chhukha will compete in the championship that ends tomorrow.
