People of Serthig gewog in Jomotshankha drungkhag celebrate a two-day annual tshechu at Khandrophug Ugyen Phuntsho Choling Goenpa with mask dances performed by students. The annual tshechu, which was initiated about 30 years ago, faces acute shortage of mask dancers today due to lack of men in the village. The festival ends today.
