The Annual General Meeting of Les Amis du Bhoutan, the Friendship Association for Bhutan in France was held in Paris on February 15. Ambassador Pema Choden attended the event at the invitation of the Association.

Francoise Pommaret (PhD), founder and President of Les Amis du Bhoutan, presented a report on the activities of the Association. The event was attended by 34 members of the Association from France, Belgium and Switzerland. Les Amis du Bhoutan was founded in 1987 and is among the oldest Friendship Associations of Bhutan in Europe.
