In its latest idea to ensure smooth flow of traffic and prevent congestion, the Phuentsholing thromde has resorted to using young traffic regulators.

Sixteen class X and XII graduates were hired on a part-time basis to sensitise motorists on traffic rules in the Zangtogpelri area, Goedoe Lam and Deki Lane.
