Paro police detained two men for allegedly dismantling windshields and doors of four cars in Paro town on August 1.

According to police, the two men had used stones to break the windshields and got into the cars and were playing music when car owners saw them.

One of the accused works at a resort. The other is an orchard worker.

Sources said the men were under the influence of alcohol.

“They damaged the cars in a drunken stage at around midnight,” said police officials.

The incident was reported by one of the car owners after finding his car being damaged.

Police said the two also kicked the cars and damaged body parts of some cars. They also urinate on the car and were climbing on the cars when owners saw them.
