That regional tourists are entering the country in countless numbers with no control mechanism for their entry is a misconception, according to a report by the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Bhutan (HRAB).

Despite rapid growth in the arrival of regional tourist especially from India, the report claims that there is a well-defined and established procedure for their entry into the country.
