RBA Chief Operations Officer, Lt General Batoo Tshering is in India at the invitation of the Indian Army’s Chief of Army Staff, General Dalbir Singh, according to an RBA press release.

The visit is expected to enhance and strengthen the already existing close bond of friendship and cooperation between the RBA and the Indian Armed Forces.

During the visit, Lt General Batoo Tshering will call on the defence minister, external affairs minister, and the national security advisor of India.

He will also visit the Western Command in Chandigarh and South Western Command in Jaipur.

The visit ends on May 13.
