His Majesty’s Representative and President of Bhutan Olympic Committee His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, graced the groundbreaking ceremony of the new office of the Bhutan Olympic Committee in Thimphu yesterday. The Director of the National Olympic Committee Relations of Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), Vinod Kumar Tiwari, was also present during the ceremony. The Project is funded by the OCA.
