Marinate the sliced chicken with egg, corn flour and seasoning

Heat oil in a wok and cook the marinated chicken for 3 to 4 minutes

Drain out the oil from the chicken

Add oil and saute garlic

Then add in the onion, bell peppers and bamboo shoot

Saute the preparation well and then add in the sauces and seasonings

Add the sliced chicken and some stock, thicken with corn flour and serve

Chopped Garlic 1tbsp

Oyster Sauce 1tbsp

Sugar 1tbsp

Maggi Sauce 1tbsp

Light Soy Sauce 2tbsp

Pepper Powder 5gms

Cube Onion 10gm

Red Capsicum 10gm

Green Capsicum 10gm

Spring Onion 5gm

Bamboo Shoot 10gm
