Haa was covered in a blanket of snow yesterday evening. The National Centre for Hydrology and Meteorology had forecast light to moderate snowfall in the northern region including Haa, Thimphu, Gasa, Bumthang and Trongsa. Following Gasa, Haa received the highest amount of snowfall last year.
