At Phawantoe-Kharphu Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) centre in Lhuentse, ECCD facilitator and parents take turns to operate the only mobile ECCD centre in the dzongkhag.

A parent volunteers to run the centre for the first three days of the week and the remaining days by the facilitator who also looks after another centre at Tshochhen, in the same gewog.
