Team Bhutan won their first medal at the 12th South Asian Games in Shillong yesterday. The Bhutanese compound bow team lost to host India: 219 to 231. However, the team managed to secure a silver medal. Two Bhutanese archers competed against each other for a bronze medal in the compound bow individual category. Tshewang Dorji beat Tashi Peljor by a lone point: 138 against 137 to secure the medal.
